Pneumatic operated Ceramic lined double gate valve is mainly applied to feeding the dry powder and the conveying medium, which not only adopt toughening ceramic as shut off and washing out resistance material, but also design construction of auto frettage pressure self-sealing and valve disc auto-rotate, so as to the sealing surface within the dry powder get even wear in process of opening and closing frequently, thereby, which guarantee the high requirements of sealing performance of this valve and long working time.The soot blower device is designed to make the cleaning become easy.

Features

1.The sealing surface of the valve is made of toughened ceramics with abrasion resistance and long service life.

2.Two-side sealing can realized due to double plate structure of the pneumatic ceramic double disc gate valve.

3.In the process of opening and closing ,the valve plate can rotate automatically ,which leads to the grinding and polishing between the two sealing surface of the ceramic double plate gate valve.

4.There is a residue outlet designed for ceramic double disc gate valve,being used to conduct dust blowing periodically.
